As South Africa prepares to mark 31 years of freedom, KwaZulu-Natal Premier Honourable Thamsanqa Ntuli led a poignant tribute to one of the nation’s greatest icons, Chief Albert Luthuli, by laying wreaths at his gravesite in Groutville, under the iLembe District Municipality, on Freedom Day.
