KwaZulu-Natal Premier, Honourable Thamsanqa Ntuli, presided over the Premier’s Coordinating Forum (PCF) District Development Model (DDM) Indaba in Mayville today. The forum aimed to enhance cooperation between different spheres of government and advance the province’s intergovernmental relations framework.
