Pietermaritzburg - The KwaZulu-Natal Legislature today convened for the official debate on the 2026 State of the Province Address (SOPA), marking an important stage in the province’s democratic governance process. The debate provides Members of the Provincial Legislature (MPLs) with an opportunity to reflect on, interrogate, and contribute to the priorities and commitments outlined by Premier Thamsanqa Ntuli during the delivery of the address.
