KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thamsanqa Ntuli attended the International Apostolic Inaugural Grow Conference at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban on Friday, 19 December 2025.
The conference, organised by Covenant Fellowship Church International under the leadership of Dr MC Dhlomo and Prophet N Dhlomo, brought together thousands of delegates from South Africa and abroad, including participants from Kenya, France, the United Kingdom, and other countries. The gathering served as a platform for worship, learning, fellowship, and spiritual renewal.
For the past 30 years, the conference has been hosted in the Umhlathuze Local Municipality. This year marked a historic milestone as the event was held in Durban for the first time, reflecting its growth and expanding international footprint.
Addressing the delegates, Premier Ntuli acknowledged the vital role played by religion in promoting peace, reconciliation, moral regeneration, and social cohesion across societies. He commended faith-based institutions for their continued contribution to nation-building, community upliftment, and the promotion of shared values that strengthen social harmony.
The Premier’s attendance reaffirmed the provincial government’s recognition of faith-based organisations as key partners in fostering unity, ethical leadership, and positive social transformation in KwaZulu-Natal and beyond.
