KwaZulu-Natal Premier Honourable Thamsanqa Ntuli attended the 96th Annual Conference of the Chartered Institute of Government Finance, Audit and Risk Officers (CIGFARO) at the Durban International Convention Centre on Tuesday, 8 October 2025.
