KwaZulu-Natal Premier Honourable Thamsanqa Ntuli will lead the 2025 Human Rights Day Provincial Commemoration, underscoring the province’s commitment to upholding dignity, equality, and justice for all.

This year’s commemoration, themed "Deepening a Culture of Social Justice and Human Rights," serves as a call to action to strengthen efforts in ensuring that the fundamental rights of all citizens are protected and promoted.

The event will bring together government leaders, civil society organizations, and communities to reflect on past struggles, assess progress made in advancing human rights, and reaffirm the collective responsibility to build a just and inclusive society.
