KwaZulu-Natal Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube received a warm reception as she visited Natal Portland Cement's Simuma Expansion project, commencing with a groundbreaking ceremony held at the factory's plant in Port Shepstone on Tuesday, April 4, 2024.
