This week sees the Provincial Legislature embarking on School opening functionality monitoring programme throughout the Province.
The Agriculture and Rural Development MEC Themba Mthembu in his capacity as the champion of uMzinyathi District together with the members of the Provincial Legislature went on a three day visit to oversee this process in this District.
