Despite one of the worst Pandemics in living memory and against fierce adversity and resistance from some quarters, great results were achieved through the leadership of Premier Sihle Zikalala and KZN Education MEC Kwazi Mshengu.

The selfless sacrifices of our educators and learners, the patience of engaging and persuading parents to release their children to return to schools during the height of COVID-19 must be commended.
